I'm Rose and this blog is about the struggle of turning myself, hubby and two little ones onto the paleo lifestyle, here in Australia.

My kids are a 4 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl who are used to a pretty healthy diet, but giving up the bread cheese and milk and having to eat MORE veggies... I know this going to test our resolve.
Also we are not the richest of families. So we have a budget to work with. I'll post what we try to keep in budget and if its works or fails.
