Meal plan

Hi everyone

Well I'm trying to get this meal plan thing under control and its not as easy as I first thought.....

So I have been reading on ways to budget for Paleo after this weeks was a complete failure as in didn't work at all!! So i wont post it.

So here I go again.

I have read that to keep veg fresh It's best to buy the meat then buy veg every few days so I'm trying that this week. As my veg from Monday is all gross, some even growing....shudder!

So here is next weeks meal plan... shopping list and recipes next post!

Leftover bubble and squeak.

Tuna and stirfry Veg
Cut up veg and dips
Bacon wrapped bub sausage with sweet potato chips
Dinner
Sausages and steam veg
Tri tip roast and sweet potato salad
Stir fry veg and Steak

Bacon tarts and salad
Pot roast and veg
Veggie spaghetti with chicken and bacon pesto
