Hi everyone... My pc is down so I'm posting from my phone...this is a first... So here goes....
My sister (http://eattolivebykrystal.blogspot.co.uk) recently asked isn't Paleo just Atkins reloaded? Well to be honest I didn't know much about Atkins so a quick Google for some idea and told her that.
All I knew about the Atkins diet was it is a low carbohydrate diet and have a product line in the health slide of woolies.
So this post is for my sister. Who challenged me to do it.

So there you go. there are similarities low carb being one but some as massive deferences such as the Atkins having a commercial range of power bars and shakes and Paleo being about whole natural foods and also the Paleo idea of knowing what you food eat or how to grow not being a part of the Atkins diet.
So Paleo is not Atkins rebooted.
